PAYMENTS (vPayment)

Our vPayment module delivers real-time payment IVR by credit card and eCheck/ACH. vPayment interfaces to all major gateway and merchant vendors, and has been used to integrate to dozens of backend financial and utility CIS databases. vPayment is configurable to charge convenience fees, accept donations, enforce penalty amounts and other fees, and works with your business rules for payment minimums/maximums, cash-only accounts, etc. Proven and secure, vPayment has been deployed at hundreds of customer sites and is PCI compliant. 

SCHEDULING (vSchedule)

Our vSchedule module provides an out-of-the-box scheduling solution that can be easily deployed to meet the scheduling needs of any organization. vSchedule provides configuration settings for defining the work week where users can select an appointment date, indicate a time-of-day preference, and even leave instructions for the appointment. The module can also match your dynamic resource requirements with caps on scheduling and built-in prerequisite business logic. vSchedule is currently used in over 60 building inspection scheduling and prison visitation IVR solutions nationwide.

NOTIFICATIONS & REMINDERS (alertworks)

The alertworks™ Outbound Campaign Manager delivers timely notifications by phone and email. The solution is available for use in either a hosted or on-premise deployment and can be used to make high-volume call-outs to thousands of numbers instantly. Alertworks™ is used by Emergency Management offices to deliver time-critical citizen alerts and by utilities, courts, and finance offices to deliver payment reminders and other notices. Alertworks™ boasts the most accurate voice mail detection in the business and allows for recurring campaigns, English and Spanish text-to-speech, and real-time tie-ins to backend systems for personalized alerts.

CITIZEN OPT-IN (SelectAlert)

A companion product to our alertworks™ Outbound Campaign Manager, our SelectAlert module puts citizens in control by allowing them to “opt-in” to receive notices on topics they select via phone or email. Now you can get information to those who want it, without irritating those who don't. 

RENEWALS & LICENSING (vRenewal)

As expiration dates for permits, licenses, and policies approach, Tele-Works vRenewal module can be used to quickly send reminders, renew services, hear assessment fees, and make payments while observing pre-defined payment/renewal schedules. Businesses can also report and pay sales and use taxes, hear business status (e.g. sold, closed, delinquent), and update contact information.

CUSTOMER SURVEYS (vSurvey)

Instead of conducting customer surveys with manual phone calls and cumbersome mailings, use our vSurvey module to conduct customer surveys automatically.  Create dynamic questions using touch tone input or recorded voice to accurately capture participant feedback. Administrative reporting provides details on survey responses which can easily be exported for custom reporting.  Customer surveys can be conducted during an outbound campaign or as part of an inbound IVR experience.

STATUS CHECK (vStatus)

Whether it’s requesting the result of an inspection, inquiring about a scheduled appointment, or checking your position on a waiting list, Tele-Works vStatus module is your customer service front line.  Through real-time integration to the corresponding host data system, vStatus can quickly provide up-to-date information, expected completion dates, and accurate follow-up instructions for customers.

CITIZEN FAQ / ISSUE TRACKING

Why start an FAQ line or web site from scratch when the Tele-Works FAQ Library provides cities and counties with more than 1,000 Q&A templates. When combined with an Issue Tracking/Citizen Response Management System (CRM)/311 system, a city can have a powerful tool to manage and respond to citizen inquiries, including pre-defined request categories to route issues to the proper department.
