You house the IVR infrastructure at your site, which provides functionality, flexibility, and opportunity for growth and optimization. Fully scalable, you can manage multiple inbound and outbound applications from a single deployment and add ports to grow with demand.  The software-only architecture natively supports SIP-based VoIP trunks, as well as T1, ISDN, and analog signaling.  TVP resides on a certified Tele-Works communications server and is fully standards compliant with VoiceXML 2.1 and CallControl XML 1.0.
