IVR Technology
Technology enables function. And at Tele-Works, your functionality will never be limited because our technology is second to none.
Tele-Works Voice Platform (TVP) is modern and scalable, and has been created to provide an application framework to deliver multiple inbound and outbound IVR products and/or custom products to enterprise level customers. TVP functions in a multi-tenant hosted environment or as an on-premise deployment.
TVP’s software-only architecture natively supports SIP-based VoIP trunks and is fully standards compliant with VoiceXML 2.1 and CallControl XML 1.0 support. TVP provides a complete application framework on top of underlying Voxeo Prophecy components.
The TVP Advantage:
Native VoIP (SIP) IVR platform
Most IVR platforms have no – or very limited – Voice over IP support. The Tele-Works Voice Platform is a full featured SIP solution, and includes its own SIP Softswitch/proxy server, media server, call control server, and more.
100% compliance with W3C IVR Standards
W3C IVR standards include VoiceXML, CCXML, SRGS, and SSML. Many vendors only support Voice XML and SRGS.
Multi-lingual Text-to-Speech (TTS)
TVP supports multi-lingual TTS, male and female voices, and features full compliance for the SSML standard.
Speech Recognition (ASR)
TVP delivers high quality speech recognition capabilities with support for SRGS Grammars.
Advanced Voice Mail detection
Our advanced voice mail detection delivers the highest accuracy voice mail detection in the business.
Integrated inbound and outbound functionality
Manage multiple inbound and outbound applications from a single deployment.
Hosted and on-premise deployment flexibility
