Tele-Works (TWI) Welcomes Nine New Projects in the Fourth Quarter
Blacksburg, VA (1 January 2012) — TWI is excited to announce and welcome nine new projects in the fourth quarter.
Grand Prairie, TX — Grand Prairie selects the Summation360™ billing, payment, and communication platform to expand service, improve collections, and advance green initiatives in the Water Utilities department. The solution delivers Web, IVR, paperless/e-Billing, and customer notifications in a single, consolidated solution. The system includes real-time integration into the City’s Sungard/HTE utility database guaranteeing information is up-to-date and consistent across each billing and payment channel.
Clifton Water District, CO — Clifton Water District chooses Summation360™ for paperless billing, online payments, IVR payments, and customer notifications. The solution includes integration with the District’s Springbrook CIS database.
Long Beach, CA — The City of Long Beach selects Tele-Works and its Summation360™ product suite to provide customer self-service automation in multiple City departments. The solution includes Tele-Works Voice-over-IP IVR platform, utility billing IVR with real-time integration to Oracle CIS system, parking ticket IVR, and alertworks™ outbound notification system. The VoIP IVR platform allows for more functionality, flexibility and opportunity for growth across within other City functions.
King County Water District #90, WA — King County Water District #90 selects Summation360™ to give customers 24/7 self-service access to their utility account information by web or phone. Customers can check account balance, payment history, consumption history, and make a payment to their account. The system includes a real-time interface into the District’s inHANCE CIS system ensuring information is up to date and payments post immediately. King County Water District #90 has also purchased the alertworks™ outbound notification system to proactively make automated calls to customers for delinquency reminders and other time-sensitive information.
Storm Lake, IA — The utility department at the City of Storm Lake selects Summation360™ voice automation from Tele-Works to provide automated customer service by phone. The complete system is hosted at Tele-Works’ secure and redundant cloud hosting facilities. The IVR and alertworks™ notification solution was sold under the Springbrook IVR nameplate. The Springbrook IVR provides customers with 24/7 self-service access to their account information to hear account balance and make payments by credit card or eCheck.
Pelham, AL — The City of Pelham purchases hosted utility billing IVR from Tele-Works and Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. The IVR provides customers with real-time interface into the City’s CUSI utility billing system giving them 24/7 account access to their utility information by phone so they can get account balances and make payments.
Greater Sudbury Hydro, Inc., ON — Greater Sudbury Hydro becomes a Tele-Works client with the purchase of Summation360™ voice automation. The solution includes Tele-Works Voice-over-IP IVR platform, utility billing IVR with real-time integration to Harris Northstar CIS system, and alertworks™ outbound notification system.
Laurinburg, NC — The City of Laurinburg has purchased hosted utility billing IVR from Tele-Works to provide customers with convenient 24/7 utility account access and payment options. Customers can hear account balances, payment history, and make payments by credit card or eCheck. The system integrates in real-time with the City’s Northstar CIS ensuring information is up to date and payments post immediately.
Pflugerville, TX — The City of Pflugerville selects Tele-Works’ hosted outbound notification system, alertworks™. This system is used to make courtesy calls to past due customers and callouts about other time-sensitive information (e.g. boil alerts, service interruptions, water restrictions, etc).
