Tele-Works and inHANCE Announce Partnership to Provide Affordable Hosted IVR
Tyler, TX (7 Nov 2008)—Tele-Works and inHANCE Utility Systems (iUS) announce a partnership to provide hosted utility billing IVR to all iUS customers under the inHANCE label i-CALL. “By offering hosted IVR to inHANCE’s more than 200 customers, we are able to make IVR available for hundreds of agencies that have previously been unable to afford it,” said John Schott, Tele-Works President and CEO.
Hosted IVR removes the up-front investment required by a more traditional IVR solution, which requires an investment in hardware, software, and additional phone/network capacity, and replaces that cost with a low annual subscription.
