Tele-Works Adds Six New Projects in the Fourth Quarter
Blacksburg, VA (31 Dec 2008)-Tele-Works adds six new projects in the fourth quarter, including three returning customers.
Corona, CA-Corona purchased Infinity.Teleconnect utility billing IVR (utilityworks) with integration to Advanced CIS Infinity and the Tele-Works outbound notification system. They have also added the Spanish language option to increase communication.
Tracy, CA-Tracy became a Tele-Works customer with the purchase of vCARE IVR for utility billing, VoiceTRAKiT IVR with integration to CRW for inspection scheduling, alertworks for outbound notifications, and Dial-by-Name Directory Transfers.
Irving, TX-Irving upgrades its platform to 24 ports with buildingworks and courtworks migrations. In addition, they have hosted alertworks for citizen notifications, and iCALL, utility billing IVR with real-time integration to inHANCE.
