Tele-Works Adds Seven New Projects in the First Quarter

Blacksburg, VA (31 Mar 2009)-Tele-Works adds seven new projects in the first quarter, including three returning customers.

Los Angeles County, CA-LA County selected Tele-Works' Infinity.Teleconnect with real-time integration to their Advanced Utility Systems database: Infinity CIS. They added Spanish language options to support their multi-lingual population and options for callers to request a paper bill.

MacBee Special Utility District (TX)-MacBee becomes Tele-Works' first hosted utility billing IVR customer integrating with the inHANCE backend database. They have also purchased the hosted alertworks, outbound notification module.

Prescott, AZ-Prescott becomes a Tele-Works customer with the purchase of VoiceTRAKiT IVR. VoiceTRAKiT ties into their CRW TRAKiT database in real-time. In addition, the system will have Intelligent Inspection Pre-requisite Logic, which will identify whether an inspection has been approved on a given permit to allow the subsequent inspection.

Longmont, CO- Longmont adds utilityworks additional IVR port capacity and Spanish language options so they can reach all their customers.

Summit County, CO -A returning customer, Summit County implements VoiceTRAKiT IVR with real-time integration to their CRW TRAKiT database. 

Hayward, CA -Hayward upgrades their existing Tele-Works platform and adds hosted alertworks for outbound notifications and our answerworks 311 Issue Tracking solution.

Durham, NC-Durham, adds answerworks for automated citizen FAQ and buildingworks for inspection scheduling.
