Tele-Works University Returns June, 4th

Blacksburg, VA (2 Apr 2009)-As a result of feedback from our customers, we are bringing Tele-Works University (TWU) back. At TWU 2009, customers and prospective clients will discover more about how IVR can be a critical component in delivering exceptional service 24/7/365.

On June 4th, our longstanding customer, West Palm Beach, Florida, will host the first of this year's TWUs. Together we'll explore utility, building inspection and permitting, and alert notification solutions as well as look at general trends in IVR and voice technology. We will demonstrate related products, discuss key features and benefits, explore customer success stories, and more. We will also tell you about our investment in R&D and our Product Roadmap because our customers said they want a vendor who helps them take advantage of new technology. And we want to make sure you know how we plan to do that. In addition, TWU will give clients the opportunity to speak with Tele-Works Management and Engineering team members, who will be on hand to explore individual ideas or issues.

TWU 2009 is geared for both existing customers and prospective clients. Whether you have IVR or are considering it, you will benefit by hearing from your peers at West Palm Beach, Palm Coast, and Ft.
