Tele-Works and inHANCE Utility Systems (iUS) Release Hosted iCALL
Affordable, Real-time IVR for Utilities
Blacksburg, VA (15 Nov 2009)—Tele-Works and inHANCE Utility Systems (iUS) recently released a hosted utility billing IVR solution, iCALL. Offered to inHANCE’s almost 200 customers, this solution delivers affordable IVR to the hundreds of small and medium utilities that have previously been unable to afford it. Hosted IVR removes the up-front investment required by a more traditional IVR solution, which requires an investment in hardware, software, and additional phone/network capacity, and replaces that cost with a low annual subscription.
