Blacksburg, VA (31 Dec 2009) - Tele-Works welcomes 10 new projects in the fourth quarter.
Lee’s Summit, MO – Lee’s Summit upgrades their existing Tele-Works platform and IVR/IWR applications courtworks, buildingworks, recworks, utilityworks, and alertworks outbound notification system, and contains real-time database interfaces with Accela PermitsPlus, Vermont RecTrac, INCODE, and New World.
Manville Water, TX - Manville selects iCALL IVR for real-time utility billing IVR integrating with the inHANCE backend database. They have also purchased the hosted alertworks outbound notification module.
Chesterfield County, VA – Chesterfield selects infinity.Teleconnect IVR with real-time integration to their Advanced Utility Systems database (CIS Infinity). They also added the alertworks outbound calling module to deliver proactive delinquency payment reminders.
Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, OH – CMHA selects Tele-Works to furnish and install an off-the-shelf interactive voice response (IVR) system for its Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP). CMHA has also added the alertworks outbound notification system, which will be used to proactively make appointment reminder calls and deliver other timely notices to program participants.
West Palm Beach, FL – West Palm Beach upgrades its platform to benefit from Voice-over-IP IVR from Tele-Works. The Agency-wide IVR/IWR solution provides applications for utility billing, building inspections, licensing, and a new application for parking citation payments. The solution also provides automated outbound IVR for citizen notifications. The solution maintains real-time integrations to City databases from PeopleSoft, Duncan AutoPROCESS, and SunGard PS.
Palm Coast, FL – Palm Coast moves to VoIP-based IVR with an upgrade by Tele-Works for inbound and outbound IVR. The solution provides IVR and Web applications for building inspections, utility billing, and Parks & Rec class scheduling with real-time interfaces to the City’s Munis, Perconti CD Plus, and Active Recware databases.
Bethesda Water Supply Corp, TX – Bethesda Water Supply became a Tele-Works customer with the purchase of hosted alertworks for customer notifications, and iCALL utility billing IVR with real-time integration to inHANCE.
York County, VA - York County becomes a customer of Tele-Works with the purchase of building inspection IVR and Web solution with real-time integration to their INFOR/Hansen database. They have also purchased alertworks for citizen notifications.
Homestead, FL – Homestead upgrades their existing Tele-Works platform and IVR applications utilityworks, buildingworks, and alertworks with real-time integration to SunGard PS databases.
Thornton, CO – Thornton upgrades their existing IVR platform to support applications for inbound and outbound citizen notifications and utility billing. Thornton also added our answerworks 311 Issue tracking solution with real-time FAQ and phone automation to Government Outreach’s GORequest CRM database.
